My client is progressing toward becoming the world’s first large‑scale floating wind project, a true first‑of‑a‑kind milestone in the energy transition. This is your chance to lead a project that will literally shape the roadmap for floating wind globally.
What you will lead
✔ Full‑cycle project execution: from plan → build → power
✔ Multidisciplinary engineering + project management teams
✔ Large‑scale offshore delivery — safely, on schedule, and at industrial scale
✔ Collaboration across internal and external partners, regulators, fabricators, and supply chain
✔ Strategic decision‑making that directly impacts Europe’s renewable energy future
Who we're looking for
You bring:
🔹 Proven experience leading major offshore wind and/or O&G projects
🔹 Strong EPCI/execution competence on multi‑year, multi‑contract programmes
🔹 A leadership style built on ownership, accountability, and cross‑functional coordination
🔹 The ability to steer a project through uncertainty, scale, innovation, and regulatory complexity
🔹 A passion for driving the energy transition and delivering high‑impact infrastructure
