We are seeking a
Regional Operations Superintendent - Greenfields to plan, coordinate and deliver field logistics and operational support across all Australian greenfield exploration programs. This role has a strong hands-on field focus and is critical to enabling our geoscience teams to safely and effectively deliver greenfield exploration activities.

This position leads and supports field operations across multiple, often remote locations, covering a diverse commodity portfolio. You will work closely with the Exploration Manager and Project teams, taking ownership of logistics, infrastructure, contractor management and in-field execution so that exploration teams can focus on discovery.

The role can be based in Brisbane or Perth and will include significant work-related regional travel across Australia. Whilst the role includes a rotating roster, you will also hold the flexibility to attend adhoc extended field-time.

Exploration Manager - Greenfields - Australia, you will
- Lead all field operations, logistics and infrastructure across Australian Greenfields exploration programs
- Plan, establish and manage remote field camps, including earthworks, site clearance, rehabilitation and demobilisation
- Plan and manage earthworks for field activities including site clearance, rehabilitation and demobilisation
- Lead the logistics and operational execution of exploration programs, including equipment movements, stock control, procurement, and supply chain coordination
- Manage and support a field support team and contractors located across regional Australia, including short-term contracting field staff during peak seasons
- Oversee contractor selection, tendering, onboarding and performance management, ensuring compliance with HSEC and company standards
- Develop and manage field rosters, fatigue management and travel schedules, with extended periods in the field
- Work closely with Exploration Managers, Manager – Field Support, and Regional Operations Superintendent West, to align operational delivery with project plans, schedules and budgets
- Prepare and execute annual Operations plans and budgets to align with the regional RTX strategy
- Ensure compliance with HSEC, environmental and community requirements across all field activities
- Take a hands-on leadership approach in the field, actively supporting camp set-up, operations and problem-solving

This is a dynamic role, and your ability to manage priorities across geographically dispersed workforces will see you excel in this position. Your experience and demonstrated attributes include
- Priority for safety and desire to work in an organisation where safety, collaboration, mutual respect, integrity and excellence are valued
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- 5+ years’ experience in exploration or remote field operations, logistics or operational support roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering logistics and operations across multiple projects in remote environments (exploration rather than production-focused)
- Strong capability in camp establishment, earthworks coordination, contractor management and field logistics
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide and support diverse teams working remotely
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with geoscience, project and contractor stakeholders
- Sound understanding of HSEC requirements and practical risk management in field-based operations
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively and work extended field rotations
Formal qualifications and tickets (e.g. forklift, plant, Heavy Rigid) are advantageous though not essential. Practical experience and capability are our priority and required certifications can be obtained as needed.
