Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (Even Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Training: All training provided

Entry-Level Underground Truck Operators and
Nippers/Offsiders to join our team at the Cowal Project.
These roles are
perfect for residents of West Wyalong, Temora, Forbes, Condobolin and surrounding NSW areas who want to work locally and return home every night –
no FIFO, no camp living!
What You’ll Do
- Truck Operators: Operate underground haul trucks safely and efficiently (full training provided).
- Nippers/Offsiders: Assist underground mining operators and support daily operations to ensure safe work practices.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a dynamic mining environment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and contribute to a positive safety culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to working on a 2/2 roster.
