About The Role
Redpath Australia is seeking a proactive and detail-driven
Document Control & User Access Coordinator to support the intake, validation, and controlled release of documents within InEight Document, ensuring they meet Redpath standards. The role is also responsible for the maintenance of user access data and helps ensure consistency across downstream platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the intake, validation, and processing of controlled documents within InEight Document, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and aligned with Redpath’s documentation standards
- Conduct QA/QC checks on document formatting, metadata, naming conventions, and system categorization to uphold document quality.
- Ensure submitted documents use correct templates and provide guidance to teams, where non-compliant
- Coordinate document review and release in line with project and system requirements, monitor version control, and communicate updates to downstream systems.
- Maintain and process the holding area in InEight Document to ensure timely handling of submitted content
- Act as the primary point for receiving and consolidating new starter information and user data for HSEQ systems purposes
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the HSEQ systems master contact list to support communication and access control across platforms
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the HSEQ System Master User Access Matrix and User Access Register to support operational requirements across platforms
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and transfer of users, including preparation of user import files where required
- Provide day-to-day support to HSEQ systems and integration activities,
- Contribute to cross-platform consistency by monitoring documentation practices and data integrity across systems as required
- Assist with integration of document control outputs into downstream systems including training and audit processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in document control or records management
- Attention to detail and structured, process-driven approach
- Ability to support systems and maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Clear communication skills and approachable attitude
- Experience handling workflow-based documentation systems
- Experience using InEight Document or equivalent DMS platforms
- Familiarity with HSEQ systems and user access processes
