Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Ontario Region Communication Manager, you will be part of the Regional Communication Department. This role helps plan and deliver communications for public engagement events, creates materials such as emails, presentations, videos, and posters, and supports internal social media content and templates. The position works closely with the communications team to support branding and project communications. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Create communication assets including e-mails, PowerPoints, digital media (such as videos or posters);
- Create internal social media content and templates for the communication team and implementing these through creative marketing and communication strategies;
- Work closely with each communications team member and support in branding and communications on their respective projects;
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed
- Post Secondary student pursuing an education in Communications or similar field of study;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with creative tools such as Adobe, Canva, Camtasia, etc. is an asset;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Your Work Schedule
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Timmins Regional Office. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
