Newmont APAC Operations are located in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales and Papua New Guinea, with roles in operations, projects, corporate support and exploration. APAC Business Unit Support is provided from our offices in Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.

As Part of Our Team, You Will....
- Lead integration efforts between Asset Management and Supply Chain for critical assets and materials.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to establish OEM-preferred supplier contracts and SAP catalogs for critical assets.
- Analyze materials, inventory, and maintenance cost data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop reports on working capital, variance analysis, and asset-level performance trends.
- Support cost estimation and financial planning for maintenance and asset-related projects.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards to improve work order planning and material availability visibility.
- Improve material delivery accuracy and reduce delivery time gaps.
- Implement site-level KPIs aligned with regional service level agreements.
- Support critical spares validation, preservation reporting, and master data improvements.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role ...
- Experience in supply chain, asset management, materials management, or related operational roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, cost optimization, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; BI tools experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across operations, maintenance, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Background or formal training in supply chain, contract management, finance, or accounting is an advantage.
