Site Manager - Electrical/Energy Projects - Bavaria - Long term project!
Earthstream is partnered closely with a global engineering company who are at the forefront of energy innovation, and who are looking for an established a Site Manager to join an exciting project in Germany.
This business specialises in HV power, transmission, and distribution projects across Germany and most of Europe, and offers long-term project potential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting proper understanding and compliance with HSE.
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the expected quality.
- Ensuring all activities are completed within the contractually agreed schedules and milestones.
- Maintaining structured, up-to-date, and reliable documentation on site and ensure that work is carried out according to the latest approved processes, instructions, and guidelines.
Essential skills and experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or related field, with electrical project experience.
- Strong HSE knowldge with Certifications and training, IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
- Strong experience as a construction supervisor on industrial construction projects with a high degree of complexity and responsibility.
- Driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites country-wide.
- Fluent in German and good level in English.
Desirable:
- Experience with HV electrical/power projects, Substations, or HVDC converter stations
