In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the required plant availability is achieved in area of responsibility.
- Perform standby duties and respond to breakdowns.
- Pro- active planned maintenance and equipment services are conducted.
- Adhere to health, safety, environment, community and housekeeping standards.
About you:
- Grade 12 and related N3 qualification or related Technical Grade 12
- Trade Certificate (Electrician)
- Completed POE for Section 26D trade certificate
- 3 Years post-trade experience in a Plant/Smelter environment.
- A wireman’s license is advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HSEC systems and SAP PM Systems.
