Wood is currently recruiting for a Front Office Executivewith extensive experience in Front Office Management. This position is responsible for the professional and efficient management of visitors and guests, attending to telephone calls and messages, as well as a range of customer service-related activities.
The Role
- To promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receive and assess all the incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-direct them to the appropriate employee/guests thus ensuring seamless and high quality communication.
- Responsible for all the courier associated services. This includes courier distribution, validation of courier bills for payment and maintenance of the database amongst other related activities.
- To ensure that the reception area is kept neat, clean and noiseless. To ensure that the daily newspaper, periodicals and registers properly placed and the sofas are clean and wrinkle free.
- Keep the immediate supervisor well-informed of all the activities and problems/potential problems identified and recommend corrective actions as appropriate.
- To maintain confidentiality at all time in matters relating to the organization, and personnel related information.
- To perform routine office tasks as necessary in matters relating to maintenance of office decorum. This includes regular check of ladies rooms and general work area.
- To assist in maintenance of service logs and data entry of attendance in the attendance register for employees who forgot to carry the access card to work.
- Distribution of Visitors cards / access cards to employees from other locations.
- To manage housekeeping jobs in the reception area and its associate meeting rooms.
- To assist the senior personnel at all times for needs that sporadically present themselves and cannot be determined in advance, like visits by foreign delegates, vendors, meetings, etc.
- To accept and tactfully discharge any other duties that are assigned from time to time thus demonstrating the capability of assuming increased responsibility with an open mind and positive attitude.

Qualifications
Any degree with 3-5 years of experience in Front office. Should have good English Communication skills.
