Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction (Data Center/ Mission Critical)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for our client, a leading general contractor/ GC, delivering complex data centre and mission critical projects. This is a key role focused on driving accurate cost planning and supporting project delivery from early-stage through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating process from concept through to subcontract award.
- Develop detailed cost plans, including conceptual estimates, value engineering, and variance analysis.
- Manage tender processes, including bid documentation, subcontractor engagement, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure informed decision-making.
- Present cost plans and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Experience in data centre or mission critical projects.
- Strong understanding of cost drivers, procurement, and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in estimating, take-off, BIM, and project management tools.
