About the Role
You are a strategic and delivery‑focused professional with strong experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications within a complex, matrixed organisation. You bring a structured yet pragmatic approach to enabling change and are comfortable operating across functions and geographies.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational or business change, from diagnosis through to sustained adoption.
- Strong capability in assessing change impacts, managing readiness and resistance, and enabling leaders and teams through transition.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and engagement plans that support business priorities.
- Experience planning and managing projects or initiatives, with a focus on outcomes and value realisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse internal and external groups.
- Confidence facilitating workshops and presentations, using storytelling to engage and align audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and evaluate multiple solutions.
- An understanding of operating in a global, culturally diverse environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to leverage enterprise capabilities to deliver shared outcomes.
