At SQM Hellas, we are looking for a motivated Junior Agronomist to join our growing team in Athens, Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start in a back-office role and grow into a commercial/sales position over time in an international environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Administrative processing and follow-up of customer orders using ERP (Odoo)
- Coordination of planning and forecasting with customers
- Close collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Logistics
- Verification of product availability (stock and bagging)
- Preparation of loading orders and picking lists for transportation
- Communication with transport companies and follow-up of deliveries
- Sending commercial and logistical documentation to customers
- Coordination of product sampling and analysis
🎯 Profile We’re Looking For
- Junior Agronomist (no experience or up to 1 year of experience)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Accurate, motivated, and with good communication skills
- Proactive, with a pioneer mindset, eager to grow with a start-up environment
