Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Henderson, CO, for a Human Resources Generalist. The individual will handle HR-related tasks including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting benefits administration initiatives. The role involves assisting with advancing HR management practices, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and providing general support to ensure an efficient and effective HR department. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee inquiries, facilitating onboarding, and collaborating with other teams to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources functions, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards
- Proficiency with HR software and systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, or related industries is desirable
