Our
Entry Level Worker Program is designed to set you up for success in roles such as:
- Underground Nipper (Labourer)
- Truck Operator
- Agi Operator
You'll gain hands on experience and be placed on one of our Norseman sites.
What to Expect on the Job
- Work 12-hour shifts on a 7/7 or 14/7 roster
- Operate trucks and underground machinery as part of a supportive crew
- Live onsite in modern camp facilities during your roster
- Build real skills in a high demand industry
What We're Looking For
You don't need mining experience-but you do need:
- Current manual driver's licence (essential)
- Some experience operating machinery or trucks (highly regarded)
- Willingness to work shift work and FIFO lifestyle
- Ability to pass a medical, physical, and police check
- Commitment to obtaining First Aid/CPR before starting
Bonus points if you have:
- MR/HR truck licence
- Previous shift work experience
- Must attend a Perth interview day (3 June)
