大专或本科及以上在读，材料科学、金属材料/材料成型等相关专业。
· 了解金属材料熔炼与铸造，熟悉材料微观组织及力学基本概念（如强度、韧性、冲击韧性等），有实验室操作经验者优先。
· 工作细致、有责任心，能规范记录数据，具备基本的安全意识。
· 能熟练使用Office软件（Excel/Word）。
