Overview
Support the administration, documentation, and coordination of facilities management activities across the network.
Your role
- Maintain FM documentation including contracts, reports, and compliance records.
- Track work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities.
- Assist in preparing reports related to FM performance and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal communications and documentation between teams.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure proper filing and data management of FM records.
About you
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
