As a Coal Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators and contractors to safely and efficiently deliver daily production targets. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Coal Processing crews to achieve operational targets safely and efficiently.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with site safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of mine plans.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their development and performance.
• Contribute to planning and scheduling activities to optimise productivity.
