We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Support for our office in Atlanta, USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Provide temporary coverage for maternity leave and support during a critical operational period (SAP implementation), ensuring continuity in order entry and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order entry in the system
- Manage customer requests via email (non-phone-based role)
- Coordinate logistics and freight arrangements
- Ensure timely product delivery
- Maintain basic customer relationships
About you
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in:
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- No specific technical specialization required
- Junior to Mid-level
- No managerial experience required
- Operational execution-focused role (not strategic)
Technical skills
- Experience with ERP or similar systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to interpret and process customer requirements from email communication
Key requirements
Experience in:
- Operational customer service
- Order entry / order management
- Logistics (preferably land transportation)
Exposure to hazardous materials (hazmat) is a strong plus

- Ability to perform under high workload (SAP go-live period)
