This is a great opportunity for talented people who can develop as a Key Account Manager who will have the mission to lead the management and development of key and institutional customers in India while overseeing strategic procurement activities to drive sustainable business growth, optimize sourcing, and improve operational efficiency, directly supporting SQM's expansion in the Indian market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and develop the portfolio of key accounts and institutional customers.
- Lead institutional sales strategies and customer expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate local sourcing and procurement processes.
- Support the Business Head in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
- Optimize demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning.
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements (FCO, customs, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales, gross profit, and customer development KPIs.
Academic Backround
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred specialization in:
- Supply Chain Management / Procurement
- B2B Sales or Commercial Management
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
