This is a great opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Care, supporting sales operations in Northern Italy. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, working with direct sales, an expanded product portfolio, and mixed truck deliveries.
Your responsabilities
- Ensuring correct and complete order processing in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) including pricing, delivering term and conditions.
- Acting as link between customers and sales manager adressing order-related questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing bag layouts and labels in line with customers' requirements and applicable local legislation.
- Coordinating and managing orders, ensuring accurate preparation of required documentation
- Working closely with colleagues from Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance.
The skills you'll need
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Care, Customer Service, or Sales Support role.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
