Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate / equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Financial Management.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Medically fit for the position.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
7 years’ relevant experience including supervisory and/or management responsibilities
Experience in Mining and project-based environment
Experience Managing Site Administrative Functions
Accounting principles
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
Budget administration and cost management
Roles & Responsibilities
Management of site procurement & inventory, ensuring spending is within budgets and in line with operational needs
Collaboration with mining and engineering departments for optimal production
Management of community relationships and engagements
Ensure consistency and standardization of administrative processes across all sites and departments
Establish and maintain document control and records management systems
Ensure Administrative Facilities Comply With Company Standards And Requirements
Ensure secure storage, retention, and retrieval of company records
Manage confidential records and sensitive information
Ensure compliance with document retention and governance requirements
Drive administrative excellence and service improvement.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
