Electrical Project Manager - Leading Electrical Firm - DC Projects!
A client of ours that specialises in delivering exceptional projects from preconstruction through final completion and post-project support, is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
Their expertise spans new construction and renovation projects, providing design-build, design-assist, and value engineering across Data Center, biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, technology sectors.
As an Electrical Project Manager you'll oversee multiple projects from kick-off to closeout while leading project teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of electrical construction projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Collaborating with project and site-based team to ensure project success.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing project management staff.
- Monitoring project costs, forecasts, cash flow, and monthly Work-in-Progress reports.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify opportunities for value engineering and project improvements.
- Coordinating procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials.

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
