- Negotiation: Planning and executing commercial negotiations and resolving disputes.
- Contracting: Understanding of contract law, experience drafting and managing contracts.
Candidate Profile:
We welcome expressions of interest from candidates who have proven capability in the above competencies and;
- Prior experience in a commercial role (entry-level to senior leadership).
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Civil, Quantity Surveying or Law.
- Experience in mining and resources is highly regarded and international experience is a big plus.
