Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance of traffic plans for construction projects to ensure the safety and efficiency of roadways
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to identify traffic management needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Conduct traffic studies and analyses to inform design and implementation of traffic control measures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal traffic regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of traffic control measures and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to traffic management and control activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- +5 years of experience in traffic engineering or roadway design
- Knowledge of traffic management principles and practices
- Familiarity with traffic modeling software and design tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- Intermediate English proficiency is required
