AGM Inc. is seeking an experienced Network/System Administrator to maintain and support our IT infrastructure across mining operations in Guyana.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network systems
- Manage AD, Azure, Virtual Machines, backups & recovery
- Monitor system performance, logs, and network health
- Troubleshoot user and system issues (Tier 1–3 support)
- Apply security patches & enforce security policies
- Support VHF radios and on-site IT equipment across tunnels/open pits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science
- 5+ years in System/Network Administration
- Certifications: Any two (MCITP, MCSE, CCNP preferred, VCP, Network+, Security+)
- Strong hands-on experience with AD, Azure, VM, Windows Server, backups
Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management
- Able to work in remote mining environment; willingness to travel
