About The Role
New Zealand’s Aluminium Smelter (NZAS) is seeking two trade-qualified Electrical Maintainers to join our Casting & Logistics Maintenance team. There is a shift work role & a 9 day, 80 hour fortnight role.
Your focus will be on planned and unplanned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a wide range of equipment, following structured processes to optimise preventative maintenance and minimise costs. Safety is our number one priority—every task is done safely, with the right tools and support.
You’ll report directly to a Supervisor and indirectly to a Superintendent, working in a close-knit team where your problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement will make a real impact.
