Job Purpose
Support the deployment of the Business Performance (BP) Framework across all MRC departments by developing KPIs, dashboards, data models, analyses, and action‑tracking systems. Enable each department to execute Strategy → Plan → Dashboards → Actions under the direction of the Senior Business Analyst (Transformation PMO).
Key Accountabilities
BP Framework Implementation Support:
- Help each department define KPI trees, baselines, targets, and improvement actions.
- Prepare monthly performance review packs and assist in review routines.
- Ensure data consistency and alignment with enterprise metrics.
Dashboard Development & Automation:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for functions across MRC.
- Automate data refresh processes; ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Document KPI definitions, measures, and data lineage.
Operations & Financial Performance Analysis:
- Prepare analyses on throughput, cycle times, quality losses, downtime, cost variances, WIP/FG trends.
- Identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities; propose actions.
Action Plan & RAID Tracking:
- Maintain department action registers, KPIs, and transformation follow‑ups.
- Track statuses, risks, delays, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
Process Documentation:
- Assist in capturing as‑is and to‑be processes; maintain SOPs, workflows, and dashboards.
Support to Senior BA (PMO & Strategy):
- Prepare PMO materials, initiative trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards.
- Provide analytical inputs for MRC strategy plan updates, divestment fact packs, and ARGOS deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, Business, Data/Analytics, Economics, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
0–3 years in analytics, reporting, operations, planning, or related fields.
