Our client, a global leader in energy-efficient technologies and smart power solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their Electric Vehicle Charging Systems business. The Role:
You will play a key role in analysing the EV Charging market, developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and expanding relationships with channels, distributors, EV OEMs, and Charging Point Operators. The role includes managing technical and commercial bids, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channels, distributors, and accounts
- Coordinate technical and commercial bid preparation and contract negotiation
- Manage project pipelines to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or technical sales in EV Charging Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of channel management and national/ international distributors
- Technical understanding of EV Charging
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong contract negotiation and legal understanding
