Manager or Principal Adviser -
Growth, Strategy and Transition is responsible for providing valuable insights and supporting the development and execution of business strategies and optionality, with a focus on decision support, group services strategy, outsourcing, insourcing, business transformation, and change management. Role requires extensive experience in management consulting and proven track record in strategic planning and drive RT group services towards continued success and growth.
What Would You Be Responsible For
- Oversee Strategy Development
- Collaborate with senior leadership and assist in the development of Group Services strategy in line with the overall RT objectives, industry trends, etc.
- Ensure that group services' strategy reflect industry trends and demands.
- Support Business Transition
- Lead and support GS transition initiatives to drive organizational growth and agility
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement transition projects and change initiatives.
- Development and presentation of the business case
- Market Intelligence and Trends
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments relevant to group services' operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to align services with market demands.
- Maintain industry specific events for appropriate RT representation.
- Represent RT at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Strategic Collaboration & Projects
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, including suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships to promote collaboration.
- Act as a spokesperson to showcase capabilities and contributions to the industry.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Promote RT 3C Values
- Promote and uphold the organization's values, including integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
What Experience, Skills And Qualifications Are Required
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification necessary
- 15+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, and decision support
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, with the capability to lead cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of global business trends and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Demonstrated success in execution of strategic initiatives resulting in business growth and improved performance
