Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) coordinateur (trice) Innovation & Réalisation qui sera chargé (e) d’appuyer la conception, la coordination et l’exécution des initiatives d’innovation et d’amélioration continue. Il/Elle assure la bonne mise en œuvre des projets, coordonne les parties prenantes, garantit la qualité des livrables et veille à ce que les objectifs d’efficacité, de transformation digitale et de création de valeur soient atteints.

Poste basé à Canga-Est (Beyla), uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Spécialiste Innovation & Réalisation, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des opérations du camp, des services d’hébergement, de la restauration, du transport et des services généraux ;
- Piloter des projets d’innovation de petite à moyenne envergure (outils digitaux, automatisation, optimisation des processus, initiatives de réduction des coûts) ;
- Animer des ateliers de génération d’idées et promouvoir une culture d’innovation dans les équipes ;
- Maintenir un portefeuille d’initiatives avec des bénéfices, des délais et des indicateurs clairement définis ;
- Suivre et rapporter l’impact des améliorations mises en œuvre ;
- Maintenir des tableaux de bord et rapports liés aux projets, à la performance des services et aux opérations du camp ;
- Utiliser des plateformes digitales pour le suivi des tâches, la gestion du pipeline d’innovations et la coordination opérationnelle ;
Ce que vous apporterez
- Être titulaire au moins d’un Bac+3 en Gestion de projet, Innovation, Ingénierie, Technologies, Business Administration, ou domaine connexe ;
- Avoir au moins 2 ans d'expériences à un poste équivalent, de préférence d’un environnement minier incluant une connaissance du Pack Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point notamment) ;
- Avoir une bonne capacité de communication (orale et écrite) de préférence bilingue (français/anglais) et faire preuve d’aisance relationnelle ; esprit analytique et sens de l’innovation, orientation résultats et résolutions de problèmes;
- Avoir une certaine facilité d'adaptation aux changements de situation, ouvert aux initiatives être autonome;

About The Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
