Nous sommes à la recherche de quatre Operateurs (trices) de Brise Roche en Mine qui seront responsable de l’exploitation sécuritaire et efficace de l’équipement de concassage (rock breaker) afin d’assurer la réduction des blocs de roche trop volumineux pour les concasseurs primaires, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité, les procédures opérationnelles et les objectifs de production.
Ce poste offrira une excellente opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide, où vos efforts auront un impact direct sur le récit et l'identité de notre entreprise.
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique où règne l’entraide et la sympathie, votre responsable vous aidera à progresser et à atteindre vos propres objectifs ainsi que ceux de l’équipe, ce qui vous permettra de consacrer plus de temps à vos proches et aux choses qui sont importantes pour vous.
Postes basés à Canga (Beyla) uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur, ils/elles auront les responsabilités suivantes
- Opérer le brise roche pour fragmenter les roches surdimensionnées de manière sécurisée et efficace.
- Surveiller le flux de matériaux vers le concasseur et intervenir en cas de blocage.
- Effectuer les inspections quotidiennes de l’équipement et signaler tout dysfonctionnement.
- Respecter strictement les procédures de sécurité et les protocoles de travail en zone à risque.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de production, de maintenance et de supervision.
- Documenter les activités quotidiennes (rapports, anomalies, arrêts, consommations).
- Participer aux réunions de sécurité, briefings et formations OHS
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un certificat ou formation en conduite d’équipement lourd avec une expérience d’un site minier a forte production.
- Avoir une expérience confirmée dans l’opération d’un brise roche (rock breaker) ou d’équipement similaire dans un environnement minier.
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement exigeant et sous pression avec une maitrise des procédures d’arrêts et de redémarrage de concasseurs suivi d’une aptitude à détecter les problèmes mécanique de base.
- Savoir lire et écrire avec de bonnes compétences en communication.

About The Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
