Job description:
Qualifications
Recently graduated in Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Ability to function and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Knowledge of any ERP system and JDE Oracle will be advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Basic Excel)
Basic English
Manage day to day activities relating to Easy Item, easy vendor and easy prepayment requirements
Manage and coordinate with supplier’s OS&D enquires
In addition to handling all activities of routine procurement, assist Procurement officer with non-routine or non-standard activities such as reports and other tasks as assigned
Be an active contributor to the 'team' environment of procurement personnel striving to consistently deliver and exceed expectations.
Perform other related duties as required.
First Quantum Minerals has initiated a focused recruitment process in Panama to support activities related to the Preservation and Safe Management (PSM) program, as well as the processing of previously extracted and stored stockpiled material.
