Your Impact
Administer training records, deliver reports, collaborate with department heads, gather feedback, and ensure compliance with regulations, and manage annual plans to enhance training programs effectively.
As Part of Our Team You Will
In this role, the individual will:
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, assessments, and certifications
• Prepare and provide regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to run
• Liaise closely with department heads and supervisors to evaluate training needs and execute tailored programs
• Supervise management, collate feedback from trainees and partners to enhance training programs continuously
• Execute all training programs to follow local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies
• Schedule plan, maintain attendance
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM-CP, Train-the-Trainer)
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal compliance requirements related to training and workforce development
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools
- Competence in maintaining and managing training records, attendance logs, and certification databases
- Ability to prepare structured reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Skilled in curriculum development, training design, and adult learning methodologies
- Prior experience (1–3 years) in training coordination, instructional delivery, or workforce development
- English preferred
Your work environment
The position will require travel to appropriate locations (Mostly Cajamarca/Site and Lima).
The position will require periodic living in the Yanacocha camp.
The person must be in good health and physical condition to work in the field in various climatic conditions and at altitudes of up to 4,000 meters above sea level.
