About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Advisor Finance-Treasury, whose primary function will be to provide financial information and analysis.
This position is an excellent opportunity to join the team based in Boron, California and provide optimal treasury support.
Working in a collaborative environment, the role will have the responsibility for coordinating and ensuring a high quality of treasury, Banking and cash management services.
Reporting to the
Controller, this position is a great development opportunity for a person looking for challenges. You will have the following responsibilities
Cash and Liquidity Management
- Monitor and manage the company's daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and to meet short-term and long-term obligations.
- Lead the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare variance analyses for management review, comparing actual cash flows against forecasts
Banking Transactions and Operations
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of banking transactions.
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payment processing.
- Perform and oversee daily / monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions and balances across all bank accounts
- Manage all corporate bank accounts, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts, online banking users, and signing authorities.
- Maintain banking records and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely treasury reports, if and when required
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
Your contribution
To be successfully considered for this position, the following requirements must be met
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Accounting certification (CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing or related field
- Strong experience in treasury and cash management,
- Excellent English (written/verbal),
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced critical thinking
- Proactive with the ability to work autonomously
- Good team player and ability to interact effectively with colleagues / to build partnership
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Solid knowledge in SAP will be considered an asset
