WOOD is hiring for HR Administrator Role.
Responsibilities
- Enrolment of employees to/from the Health & Life insurance eligibility list and other benefits.
- Generation of the list of eligible employees for Annual Salary Review per country, letter generation and issuance.
- Prepare monthly and annual benefits reports
- Maintain benefits records, SOPs, and process documentation
- Support payroll teams with benefits-related deductions and reconciliation.
- Invoice Check/approval for the payment of benefits
Qualifications
- Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
- Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
- Strong skills in Excel and Word.
