Senior CSA Project Engineer - Data Centre Projects - Germany
Earthstream Global is looking for an experienced Senior CSA Project Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team working on major Data Centre projects in Germany.
This is a great opportunity for a driven construction professional with strong Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) experience to play a key role in delivering technically complex, fast-track mission critical facilities.
As Senior CSA Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of CSA packages from early construction, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate CSA works across the projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are executed in line with programme requirements
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project standards
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues on site
- Support planning, sequencing, and logistics coordination across CSA activities
- Attend and lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects
- Previous Data Centre or mission critical project experience preferred
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methodologies
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and quality requirements within live construction environments
