Senior Planner - Data Centre Projects - Germany!
Earthstream Global is currently seeking an experienced Senior Planners to join a leading project delivery team on large-scale Data Centre developments in Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated planning professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced mission critical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project programmes across all phases of Data Centre construction. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
- Create baseline schedules, progress updates, lookaheads, and recovery programmes
- Monitor project progress and identify critical path impacts and risks
- Support project teams with planning strategy and sequencing
- Coordinate planning inputs from design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams
- Produce regular progress reports, dashboards, and programme analysis
- Lead planning meetings and communicate programme status to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects
- Previous Data Centre experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and critical path analysis
- Experience working within live project environments and fast-track delivery programmes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
- Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts
- Experience across CSA and MEP packages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
