CSA Project Manager - Data Centre Projects - Germany!
We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a leading project delivery team working on major Data Centre developments in Germany.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) delivery on large-scale, technically complex mission critical projects within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
As CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of CSA packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all CSA aspects of Data Centre construction projects
- Lead project delivery teams and coordinate subcontractors across civil, structural, and architectural scopes
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with client teams, consultants, MEP contractors, and commissioning teams
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submissions
- Drive construction progress and manage short-term planning activities
- Monitor project risks, delays, and commercial impacts
- Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Support procurement, change management, snagging, and project close-out activities
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects
- Previous Data Centre or mission critical project experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methodologies
- Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage fast-track construction programmes in live project environments
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness with knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts
