Your impact
You will enable a seamless and high-quality talent acquisition experience by coordinating executive and corporate hiring processes and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive alignment, efficiency, and consistency across recruitment activities. Your work will ensure strong candidate care, operational excellence, and compliant, timely hiring outcomes.
As part of our team, you will
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications with a high level of professionalism
- Support executive and corporate hiring with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Manage pre-employment and due diligence activities (background checks, assessments, references, etc.)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, Global Delivery Center and external vendors to deliver efficient hiring outcomes
- Coordinate travel, relocation, and mobility activities for candidates
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation across recruitment processes
- Support job postings and job description preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and system requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition and onboarding processes
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Experience supporting end-to-end talent acquisition coordination, ideally in a high-touch or executive environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse groups
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience applying project management skills while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and candidate experience best practices
Your work environment
- You will work within the Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, global mobility, and external vendors. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Hybrid work schedule: 1-2 days per week at our corporate office in Denver, Colorado located near I-25 and Belleview Station.
