Your Next Challenge
- Actively participate in the organization, representation and delivery of AEM in various types of community meetings/events (family day, community events, hamlet meetings, consultation meetings, Mining awareness programs, follow-up on donation etc.);
- Ensure community members have access to different kinds of information regarding AEM operations;
- Provide Agnico Eagle with relevant community feedback and/or information such as issues, challenges, complaints that may arise and/or any relevant information related to the community;
- Support the Sanajiksanut recruitment team in the hiring process by guiding jobseekers towards the appropriate resources.

What You Need To Succeed
- High School Degree or equivalent;
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Comfortable interacting with community members by phone or in person;
- Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (Oral and written), and knowledge (speaking and writing) of Inuktitut is an asset;
- The candidate needs to have a driver’s license;
- The candidate needs to have good computer skills, and knowing the Microsoft 365 Suite is an asset;
- Being a social person is required;
- Position reserved for Inuit Beneficiary candidates.
