Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide first level support and troubleshooting of our financial systems HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and TaxPacc (Tax system)
- Month end assistance to users and System analyst.
- Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of financial applications.
- Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units and the Business Systems team in addressing and resolving financial reporting software issues.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as and when they arise.
- Work in conjunction with the Business Systems team by assisting with drafting business specification documentation to improve configuration of applications and operating procedures for financial services.
- To analyze, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas.
- Providing on-the-job training to users of the Hyperion systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products.
- Background in Oracle and planning products will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
