Responsibilities
- Utilize applicable engineering international and local codes.
- Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
- Participate in design reviews and meetings with clients and other stakeholders
- Familiar with computer operation and should have the ability to use electrical department design software programs with guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems as conduit and cabletray modeling for aboveground and underground systems
- Ability to read panel boards schedules, oneline diagrams and cable schedule
- Ability to read control and telecom architectures
- Knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency intermediate / advanced in Revit conduit / cable tray modeling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- English preferred but not required
- NEC & CEC knowledge is a plus
