Metso introduces Enviro-Bak, a new, non-hazardous crusher-backing product

As part of its continued commitment to the environment, Metso Minerals has partnered with Copps Industries to bring a non-corrosive, non-hazardous crusher-backing product to the aggregates industry. The new product replaces existing formulations in the marketplace which use non-corrosives and require strict procedures for shipping and handling.

Enviro-Bak eliminates some of the regulatory requirements for aggregates producers using the crusher-backing products. The two-part compound can be used for backing liners and wear parts on almost any crusher. With a non-hazardous MSDS designation, Enviro-Bak is the next generation of crusher backing products helping to provide the industry with more “green” options.

Enviro-Bak was officially introduced at ConExpo-ConAgg 2008 in Las Vegas, NV, USA.
