Colombia Clean Power & Fuels, Inc. acquires additional metallurgical coal concessions and permitted mining operation

Colombia Clean Power & Fuels, Inc. announced today that it has acquired additional Colombian metallurgical coal properties through an acquisition of concessions from a private party. These properties, the "Ruku" concessions, are located near Socota, Boyaca, and complement prior acquisitions the Company has made in the Santander district of Colombia.
