That is not the loader. the Welder is working on the Dump Box deck getting it ready to put two more Metal plates on which will cover the cushion brackets that the welder is welding on now. The Box will than be ready for a loader a seperate totally different Machine that will load the box of that Cat Mining Truck with either waster rock or Ore Rock to take to the Crusher.
