Nuinsco to acquire majority stake in gold company with Sudanese concession
Nuinsco Resources Ltd. (TSX:NWI) announced Monday it has an option agreement to acquire an 85 per cent interest in UAE Gold, which owns the J. Tobar concession in northeastern Sudan.
