TAFE Western has announced that it will establish a Mudgee Skills Centre to give apprentices more local training opportunities. Based on a model that has been running in Lithgow for 12 years, the centre will be a partnership between TAFE and local employers, providing training for first-year apprentices in electro-technology, metal fabrication and fitting and machining.
