Gilbreath has worked for more than 35 years as an engineering and technical subject matter expert. In addition to sulphur, he has provided valuable consulting and engineering services to a variety of industries. His core area of expertise includes dry bulk material handling equipment associated with marine import and export facilities.

Tim Harvey, P.E., Director of Material Storage and Handling, will begin serving a three year term in March 2014 as the chairperson for the American Concrete Institute (ACI) 313 committee that is responsible for developing and reporting information on design and construction of concrete bins and silos for the storage of bulk materials.
