Catalyst Copper Corp. announce Friday that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 20,200,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.105 per share for gross proceeds of $2,121,000. The Company paid $29,085 as a finder's fee in conjunction with the Offering.
