Gryphon Gold Corporation (“Gryphon,” the “company”) sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Nevada Eagle Resources, LLC. to Fronteer Gold Inc. (“Fronteer” TSX: FRG) for $4.75 million.
During Q1-2011 (quarter ended June 2010), approximately 21 holes and 5,580 feet of reverse circulation drilling, and 3 holes and 110 feet of metallurgical core drilling was completed on the Borealis property.
